It can accommodate 720 residents in room-style communities, which is the largest population on campus. There are movable furniture and a tile flooring in each place, and a big community bathroom on each hallway with individual stalls for showers.

3. Hammons House

This dorm is an eight-story residential dorm that can accommodate 580 residents in suite-style rooms and is attached to Garst Dining Center and Boomer’s Convenience Store. In this dorm, there are two options; a two-person suite or a four-person suite with each suite having a hardwood-like flooring en-suite bathroom complete with full tub as well as a shower, and a kitchenette with dining table and sink.

4. Kentwood House

Address: 700 E St Louis St, Springfield, MO 65806

Kentwood dorm houses 101 transfer students in suite-style rooms. It offers diverse options which include private rooms, two-person, super doubles, and three-person rooms. All of these rooms are well carpeted and provides an en-suite bathroom and adjustable-height loft-style beds; the super twins include a flat-screen TV and additional seating.

5. Scholars House

Address: 1116 E Cherry St, Springfield, MO 65807

This dorm accommodates 115 honors students from the Honors College and Honors Community LLC in suite-style rooms. There are two double-occupancy bedrooms in each suite with furniture that are movable. Also, there is a large living area with lounge furniture and area rug. There is a shower stall in the en-suite bathroom; there is also a separate vanity area with additional storage.

6. Wells House

Address: 1132 E Madison St, Springfield, MO 65807

A U-shaped four-story building that can house up to 442 residents in both room- and suite-style living. For each room, there is movable furniture; the suite-style rooms offer two double-occupancy bedrooms and a living area built separately with lounge furniture and a kitchenette. There is a large community bathroom on each hallway with individual stalls for showers.

7. Woods House

Address: 1115 E. Bear Blvd. Springfield, MO 65807-1596

Woods dorms is a 10-story that houses 334 students in room-style communities. There is a plan to renovate the dorms in the Sumner of 2018 and 2019 which will add competitive features and furnishings that contribute to the list of reasons why students love living in Woods, including but not limited to New washers and dryers, complete complimentary Laundry Alert notification services.

8. Monroe House

This dorm can house 126 students at a go, and it offers four stories of one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments. It is only available for living to second-year students and above with few private parking in a lot behind the building. There are private bedrooms and bathrooms for all residents in each apartment.

9. Sunvilla House

Address: 833 E Elm St, Springfield, MO 65806

Sunvilla is an 18-story high-rise building that can accommodate 237 residents in two-, three-, and four-person units on a 12-month contract. Bedrooms in two- and four- person apartments are shared, while three-person apartments offer one private bedroom and one shared bedroom. Sunvilla boasts full kitchens with new appliances, modern finishes, smart TVs, full-size beds, and spacious closets.

10. Hutchens House

Address: 1021 E Harrison St, Springfield, MO 65807, USA

Hutchens House is an eight-story residence hall serving accommodation for 580 residents in suite-style rooms and is attached to Garst Dining Center and close to Boomer’s Convenience Store.

You are given a choice to live in either a two-person or four-person suite. Each of the suites has, hardwood-like flooring, movable furniture, en-suite bathroom complete with full tub and shower, and a kitchenette having a dining table and sink.

2. Blount

3. East Village

But additional parking space is available across connecting bridge to the West Campus property. The students clean their apartments and providing paper products themselves. The total number of residents is 121.

8. Robinson

Suite-style rooms on the first two floors, large social room with kitchen on the first floor, first-floor laundry room, small study rooms on the second and third floors, elevator. It is mainly for first-year female and male residents having the capacity to house 88 residents.

9. Stewart

This dorm has two wings with one common lobby. Boer is a male dorm; Bennink is a female dorm. Built and named in 1968 after the college first professor, Geert Boer who became a Professor in 1867. Bennick on his own served as principal, superintendent or teacher at six Christian schools in the Midwest.

3. Bolt Heyns Timmer

Hudson Hall is one of the residence halls on campus for the freshman class at NWMissouri. It is connected to Perrin Residence Hall as well. Each room is pod-styled in layout with a bathroom and is shared amongst 10 students. They also have Freshman-Learning centers where students can go for extra academic help.
