5. Sport Club Office Assistant
This employee is responsible for assisting the sport club program coordinator with day-to-day operations for the sports club program. The majority of the job has to do with club finances which is critical for clubs to be able to operate and for each individual club to use college allocated funds as designated. In addition, the sport club office assistant’s play a major role in helping individual sport clubs complete the annual student organization recognition process. This requires checking for completion of a number of forms and getting finalized rosters to match the completion of other documents. Pay for this position begins at $11.10 an hour for qualified students.

This is a paid internship program available to freshman, sophomores, and juniors on campus. The National Society of Leadership and Success is the largest leadership society in the country with more than 600 Chapters nationwide and nearly a million members. The Society provides success and leadership programming for college students. This two-semester paid leadership internship is for students of all majors who want to develop real world skills in management, budgeting, communication, public speaking, marketing and event planning. Once in this positon, the responsibilities range from recruiting an advisor and executive board to researching and submitting any necessary paperwork to become a registered student organization or become affiliated with a specific department.The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and leadership skills.
