Do you like to be artsy and creative? This class will allow students to learn about the fundamentals of painting. This class is designed for non-art majors to learn about the basics of painting, subject matter, and different materials that they can utilize in order to create their own piece.

2. CRIM 101A Introduction to the Criminal Justice System

This class will make you think about the criminal justice system anywhere. The goal of this course is to teach students about the American criminal justice system. Students will learn about crime, law enforcement, the judicial process and system, and political views in crime.

3. COMM 111 Small Group Communication Dynamics

Can you speak effectively in just a small group setting? This class will allow students to learn about the dynamics of communicating to people in small groups. Students will learn about the roles within a group, how to manage group tension, and building group cohesion.

In this course, students will learn about the fundamentals of chemistry. This includes learning about home economics, mathematics, occupational therapy, psychology, and researching. Students will also learn about chemical reactions, bonding, and the structures of different chemicals.

This class is designed to teach students about the basic principles of biology. This class will touch base on ecology, heredity, molecules, cell life, origin of cells, the basis of all life, energetic, and how we study life through biology.

Do you like drawing whenever you’re bored? This class will teach students about the principles and techniques for drawing. Students will learn how to develop a good hand for drawing, drawing issues, value, using different materials, and perception.

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to human ecology. In this course, students will learn about the role of humans in any environment, pollution, food, population, energy, and economic and political problems and views.

Handling your money in college can be a hassle, especially if you have to buy things left and right. Luckily, this class will teach students about the two main aspects of personal finance: credit and money management. Students will learn how to build credit and how to budget on their own terms.

Knowing how to brand yourself and step out of your own comfort zone can be tough, especially if you don’t know where to begin. This class will teach students about the basics of marketing. Students will learn how to build a marketing plan, price their items, and promote.
