Since there aren’t a lot of people in this dorm hall, only about 240 students, the community here is very close. Each floor comes with a kitchen and a multi-purpose room.

2. Bell Hall

This is one of the closest dorm halls to campus. It’s near the front of the campus, and has easy access to all of the academic buildings. It’s close to the Maxwell student union as well as the dining hall! The location is one of the best things about this dorm hall!

3. Foundation Hall

This dorm hall houses around 300 students, and the building is 4 stories high. The rooms are suite-style, and each come with their own private bathroom. The building has free laundry and all of the rooms come fully furnished.

4. Napier Hall

The rooms are also designed in suite-style, with four people to a room sharing one private bathroom. The location is very close to the academic buildings. 6. Sanford Hall

This residence hall has a very historical feel and theme. It was reopened in 2004, and has a lot of cool new amenities. The dorm hall is on the smaller side, with only two floors and suite-style rooms. The first floor has classrooms, study rooms, and multi-purpose rooms.

7. Wells Hall

2. Pierce Hall

While Pierce Hall is a little smaller than the other dorm halls, it’s still a great place to live. There are 3 floors, and it houses over 200 residents. 3. McCullougg-Trigg Hall

Unlike the other two dorm halls, this residence hall is a coed dorm hall. It’s a bigger building, with 6 floors, however, it only houses about 150 students. Since the amount of students is so small, the community this dorm hall fosters is a lot closer than the other dorm halls.

4. Legacy Hall

This hall is the newest hall at this university. It was newly renovated in 2016, and houses over 500 co-ed students. It is made up of mostly freshmen and sophomores. It has 5 floors with semi-private bathrooms as well. The cool thing about this dorm is that is houses over 16 learning living communities, so it would encourage a lot of learning and academic experiences.

5. Sunwatcher Village

This is a cool on campus living option. Instead of being structured like the dorm halls, this building is structured into an apartment complex for students. This dorm hall is only available to upperclassmen, so the community will be more serious and calm. It’s super close to campus, less than 5 minutes, and each apartment is fully furnished.

This is also a newly renovated dorm hall, having opened in 2009. The bedrooms in this residence hall are very unique. 7. Waterford Glen
