Being at college is stressful for many students. Some students are not up for the challenge of going through hard classes. Some classes require more focus and attention from students. These classes are generally harder than most. Below are a list of some of the hardest courses that you will find at Langston University.
This class can be fun and challenging for many students. It is fun because students have a chance to explore different areas of media outlets and communication, but it will also be challenging because students will have to study outside of class. This class will explore businesses, the promotion of public figures, and more.
This class will discuss the principles and basic concepts of sociology. Students will examine social institutions and social dynamics as well. Students will also learn more about social groups and social structures. This will require students to think outside the box and learn various terms when it comes to social organizations.
This class is for students who have a niche for media. Students will learn more about journalism, expository, and persuasive formats. Students will also learn more about the practice of writing. Students will also learn more about the organization of media. This class will require students to think outside of the box as well.
This class will teach students about the numerous systems of real numbers. Students will learn more about polynomial functions, absolute values, and inequalities. Students will also learn more abut exponential and logarithmic functions. This class is very test heavy so students will have to practice equations inside and outside of class.
Are you good at math? If not, this course will challenge you to the core. Students will learn more about data, probability, and the combinations of different things within statistics. Students will also have to learn more about testing hypothesis. This class requires students to study different processes that vary and are different from one another outside of class.
This class will teach students about the development and the operation of the criminal justice system within the United States. Students will examine the various aspects of the criminal justice system and what it takes to play a role in it. This class will be very test heavy so students will have to study outside of class.
This class will teach students about the classification, diversity, and the evolution of microbiology. Students will examine various parts of ecosystems and their evolution. Students will study bacteria, fungi, viruses, and more. This class will require students to do outside homework and study outside of it as well.
Are you good at science and math? Some students aren’t but this is a requirement for many majors. Students will have to learn more about electronics and the technology as it relates to physics. They will also have to learn more about the properties of mechanics, heat, sound, and matter.
This class will teach students about the principles of biochemistry. Students will have to learn more about the properties and functions of various lipids, proteins, compounds, and biological systems. Students will also learn more about the functions of biochemistry as well. This class is very hands on so students will have to know different processes right off the top of their head.
In this class, students will learn about individuals in social contexts. Students will learn more about the principles of social psychological theories. Students will also learn about the various research methods and applications in which to apply them. Students will have to study different terms that they will have to remember.
