Mr. Dunderbak’s exceeds many consumers’ expectations. Their food is quite authentic and absolutely delicious. The sausages are tasty and their Reuben is mouthwatering. They have at least two dozen beers to choose from. Make sure to get their early on a weekend as it gets crowded pretty fast!
2. Shells Seafood
Shells Seafood is clean and inviting, and the staff is friendly. We felt very comfortable being casually dressed after spending the day at a local theme park. The dishes have an abundance of taste and are cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of olive oil and even white wine cream sauce. Their desserts complete a very nice dinner at an extremely reasonable price.
3. Mangroves Grille
Located in the cavernous lobby of Hilton Embassy Suites, Mangroves Grille is nicely laid out and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant serves American food for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant is available to to both hotel guests and non-guests so it’s a great place to have a quick lunch or a longer dinner with friends or family.
4. Burger Theory
At Burger Theory, the teamwork of the entire staff from the chef, cook, waiters and waitresses provides ultimate professional service. The food is delicious with a full breakfast and dinner selection menu and cooked to perfection, always served hot. Salads are fresh, and the burgers and sandwiches are delicious. The staff is friendly, caring, and attentive. Burger Theory also has a full service bar with beer and cocktail specials.
5. Felicitous Coffee & Tea
The overall environment of Felicitous Coffee & Tea is a welcoming place with friendly staff, who are more like friends, and lots of interesting trinkets and art pieces. The coffee is well done and very delicious. The best part of your experience will be the look of the place, small but warm and inviting. It may be far away from the main road, but it adds a bit of character to the place and is definitely worth a visit.
6. Acropolis Greek Taverna
Even if you don’t particularly like Greek food, but you will love Acropolis. They have great meat platters and their pasta is very good too. Their food is exceptional, both delicious and authentic. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a great atmosphere. There are plenty of servers, the bar is very nice and they have an outdoor patio for dining outdoors.
7. Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant
At Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant, the service is impeccable, and the food is delicious and well priced. The restaurant is frequented by many Asian clients in the area. The restaurant serves a variety of noodle dishes, rice dishes, soups, starters and Vietnamese coffee. It has excellent service and the staff is never ruffled by a few special requests. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
8. Ichiban Japanese Cuisine
Ichiban Japanese Cuisine is definitely worth a try when visiting USF. The restaurant serves a wide selection of rolls and the service is impeccable. The ambience is ideal for a nice dinner, the food is consistently good and the people who work there have always been friendly. And finally, the fish is always fresh and tasty, which is a must-have for any restaurant serving sushi.
