Top 10 Buildings You Need to Know at Salisbury University

Salisbury University is a public university located in Salisbury, Maryland. It was originally founded in 1925 as a part of the University system in Maryland. They have a current enrollment of over 8,000 students. Here’s ten of their buildings that you need to visit!

1. Perdue Hall

Perdue Hall is the home to the school of business at Salisbury University. They have plenty of large auditoriums for lectures and smaller focused classrooms for team classes. This is one of the larger buildings on campus.

2. Henson Hall

Henson Hall is another large building on campus. This hall is home to the school of science at Salisbury. There are dozens of laboratories and classrooms in this building for science based classes ranging from biology and chemistry to environmental science.

3. Holloway Hall

Holloway Hall is by far the most well known and recognizable building on campus. This was the first building ever built on the Salisbury campus. It is home to the administrative offices on campus.

4. Guerrieri Student Union

The Guerrieri Student Union is another well known building on campus. There are a number of great study spaces and cafes in this building for student use, making it a popular gathering place on campus.

5. Maggs Gym

Another popular building on campus is Maggs Gym. There are hundreds of machines and weights available for student use in this building, as well as a massive basketball court.

6. Sea Gull Square

Sea Gull Square is a popular living space on campus. There are tons of different style dorms and apartments available for student rent in this area. There’s also a bunch of great food courts!

7. Blackwell Hall

Blackwell Hall is the hall of Human Resources on campus. There are a bunch of useful classrooms and auditoriums in this building that students use on a daily basis.

8. Devilbiss Hall

Devilbiss Hall is one of the smaller buildings on campus. It is an extension to the Henson School of Science. This building has more classrooms that are used for science majors; there are little to no laboratories.

9. Library

The largest building on campus is the SU Library. There are hundreds of thousands of books stored in this building for student use. There are also dozens of different study spaces and settings.

10. Fulton Hall

Fulton Hall is used for the School of Liberal Arts at Salisbury University. It is a small building with a few small group classrooms that offer a focused learning environment.
