College students are gearing up for college in the spring. While most are returning, there are a few that are new. The college will also find visitors across the nation who come to visit in search for their dream college. But what’s a dream without knowing what you’re getting yourself into? This includes the buildings! Here is a comprehensive list of the ten buildings that you need to know at Villanova University!

1. Connelly Center

This building is the heart of campus and was designed to facilitate, cultural, social, recreational, religious, and co-curricular diversity. Students will find a coffee shop, serval lounges, an art gallery, cinema, dining options, ice cream shop, and offices within the building.

2. Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law

The School of Law is home to a number of different classrooms, faculty and staff office spaces for law, a practice court, a law library, and special collections. Students will also find a number of study spaces and computer labs around this building.

3. Andrew J. Talley Athletic Center

This athletic center and fitness recreational space is one of five fitness centers on campus. This building houses an academic support center, the sports medicine program, the Howie Long Training Center, offices, and meeting spaces.

4. Mendel Science Center

This building houses th Department of Biology and was named after Gregor Mendel who is a famous alumni on campus. It is equipped with various lab equipment, smart classrooms, teaching equipment, research labs, study rooms, and lounge areas.

5. St. Augustine Center for the Liberal Ats

This building is home to the departments of Interdisciplinary Studies within Humanities, book series and collections, the topics in humanities archives, special collections, classrooms, and meeting rooms. It also houses faculty offices.

6. Falvey Memorial Library

This library is one of the main library’s on campus. It hold millions of resources for students to utilize. These resources include (but of course are not limited to) book collections, special collections, archives, laptop checkout, digital media checkout, printers, computer labs, and study rooms.

7. Health Services Building

This building is home to the Student Health Services Department. Here, students will find a number of different services which includes pharmaceutical needs, primary care, and counseling. There are medical staff and medical students who care for patients here.

8. Technology Services Building

This building is home to Technology Campus Services. Here, students who are having issues with their laptops, school software, or other software on other devices can come here for help. The building also holds conference and staff meeting rooms.

9. Alumni Hall

This hall houses the Alumni Association Departmnet. Alumni, graduating students, and new students can come here to find a number of opportunities and resources. This includes staff alumni offices, career services, and additional resources as needed.

10. Barltley Hall

This building houses the School of Business. Here, students will find a number of resources. This includes classrooms, a printing and computer terminal room, equipment checkout, lecture spaces, study rooms, offices, and team rooms.
