Manzanita Hall is a co-ed hall that provides double occupancy accommodations with suite-style bathrooms. Manzanita Hall residents can enjoy: 24-hour campus security and front desk services, computer lab, laundry facilities, dining hall, fitness center, meeting spaces and two-story lounges with community kitchens. Manzanita is home to Manzy Square, an all-you-care-to-eat dining facility. It is close to The UPS Store and Starbucks in the Palo Verde East Hub.

2. Taylor Place

All first-year freshmen of the Downtown Phoenix campus are expected to live in Taylor Place. Upper division students are encouraged to live on campus. Taylor Place features student lounges and meeting space, laundry facilities, on-site dining and vending, a private terrace and a 4,000-square foot neighborhood shade garden. Additionally, there are dining venues such as Starbucks, Devils Greens, Hsin Café, Chick-fil-A and a convenience market within the hall.

Tooker House is a seven-story, 1,600-person, co-ed living and learning community designed specifically for undergraduate students in ASU’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. The dorm features on-site digital classrooms, state-of-the-art makerspaces complete with 3D printers, and laser cutters and soldering tools needed for a broad range of engineering courses and projects. Tooker House is fully Wi-Fi accessible with enough bandwidth to accommodate four devices per resident.

4. Palo Verde East

Palo Verde East is a co-ed residential community in the North Neighborhood and is home to the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering Residential Community. The hall provides double-occupancy accommodations with suite-style baths and features a women’s-only floor. Amenities include: computer labs, tutoring centers, academic advising, laundry facilities, vending machines, air conditioning, community kitchen facilities and basic cable. The main floor includes a Starbuck’s café, comfortable lounge area, dining tables and the UPS store, and the University Housing Technology Center.

5. Best Hall

Located in the Center Neighborhood, Best Hall is home to the Arcadia Residential Community for Design and the Arts. It provides double-occupancy accommodations with community-style bathrooms for both freshman and upper-division Herberger Institute students. Best Hall offers a computer lab, laundry and kitchen facilities, vending machines, air conditioning, a volleyball court and basic cable. Men and women occupy separate floors except for in Best C, where floors are co-ed by room.

6. Hayden Hall

Hayden Hall is located in the Center Neighborhood  and provides double-occupancy accommodations with community-style bath facilities for both freshman and upper-division students. The hall is home to the Arcadia Residential Community for Design and the Arts, and the residential colleges for Health Solutions and the W. P. Carey School of Business. Hayden Hall. It offers access to a computer lab, laundry and kitchen facilities, vending machines, air conditioning, a volleyball court and basic cable. Hayden Hall is co-ed by room.

7. Irish Hall

Located in the Center Neighborhood, Irish Hall provides double-occupancy accommodations with community-style bath facilities for both freshman and upper-class honors students from the Arcadia Residential Community for Design and the Arts.  The hall is co-ed by room and offers access to a computer lab, laundry and kitchen facilities, vending machines, air conditioning, a volleyball court and basic cable. Additional amenities to the community include music practice rooms, art/design spaces and dance/theatre studios.

8. Adelphi Commons

Adelphi Commons is ASU’s first residence hall built under a public-private partnership. The 70,829 square-foot complex located on the south end of campus has 12 clusters of suites, and is home to 11 sororities affiliated with Fraternity and Sorority Life. Support facilities include group study rooms, kitchen and laundry areas, meeting and multipurpose rooms, an office and a manager’s apartment. Adelphi Commons II is home to the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College and School of Sustainability residential colleges. Adelphi Commons II contains six units that offer a variety of amenities that include private chapter rooms, a large multi-purpose center, common area laundry facilities and common area kitchens.

9. Hassayampa Academic Village

Hassayampa Academic Village, in the South Neighborhood, is a co-ed freshman community providing double-occupancy accommodations with suite-style bathrooms. It has 24-hour campus security and front desk services, tutoring center, academic advising, laundry facilities, vending machines, wireless zones, study lounges, air conditioning and an Ethernet port for each resident. It also features the Hassayampa dining hall and P.O.D convenience market.

10. Vista Del Sol

Vista del Sol provides a unique on-campus living experience for 1,866 students on the south end of campus. The community features private or shared accommodations in furnished apartment-style units. At the center of the 10-building community is a 23,000 sq. ft. community center featuring a club-style fitness center, social lounge, game room and movie theater. Adjoining the community center is a resort-style swimming pool with a large sundeck, outdoor lounge areas, basketball and sand volleyball courts.
